Error trying to log into Innovator, new install

I get this when logging into localhost/.../default.aspx Authentication failed for innovator New installation and I have IIS ver 10.0.17134.1, and SqlServer 2014 express installed I know very little about IIS or SqlServer or Innovator

    No, I tried innovator/innovator, but I tried the admin account and I'm in, thanks! Do I have to create  normal users now?  This is an experimental environment, but I suspect using the admin account could be a problem?
