Hi, yes you can In admin you have an item called workflows, that's where you will create new ones. For further explanation, I would suggest you look at the online help "Just Ask Innovator" available in the help menu. If not enough you need to get trained on the solution. You can also find an online course (was built for version 9 but most of it should still be valid) : www.myigetit.com/.../8235 You can also look for youtube videos, I'm sure there are some explaining the workflow creation process.
