"Create a New Item" is not possible

Hello, I've just tried to create a new item in the TOC category "Sourcing --> Manufacturers". However, the icon in the toolbar and the menu in the menubar are grey and I cannot create any new one. This is the same case in several other item types. How should I do configurations so that I can do creation work? Thanks for the reply.

    Hi, Based on the previous issue you had with the TOC, I would suggest you start reading the help which explains the whole permission level. In this particular case you need to be part of the identity that has the "Can Add" access for this specific itemtype.
