Component Engineering install failed

I tried to install component Engineering on a fresh install of aras innovator 11 sp9. I get an error.
install path c:/Program Files (x86)\Aras\Innovator\Innovator
server url localhost/innovato...

not sure at all. try this : c:/Program Files (x86)\Aras\Innovator (there might be an extra innovator in your path)
