Change Management not visible in ToC
Hello,
I wanted to add more CM options for the users, so I insert as admin and went "actions->Choose CM Options".
The problem is that know when I insert as a user I cannot see anymore the Change Man...

Good catch, I thought it was either world or Aras PLM but makes sense to have all employees instead of World.
So the answer is no, you should better have your designated users in All Employees. Go in Identities to make the necessary changes.
