cannot get iis pickup directory

I am trying to send mail, but got this error: cannot get iis pickup directory in my InnovatorConfig.xml, this is the code: <Mail SMTPServer="queue" /> and in IIS, 1. Email-address: my email address 2. I choose "Deliver e-mail to SMTP server" where I mentioned smtp.gmail.com 3. Port : 25   what should I do to send mail?

    Hi Maddy, If you are using Windows 10 you can install IIS, SMTP and other features using the Windows Control Panel.
    1. Open up the Control Panel
    2. Navigate to Programs and Features
    3. Click Turn Windows features on or off
    Then you can install the features shown in the link provided by Zahar.

        Hello,

        This error is most commonly thrown when one of the users set to receive the email does not have an email address configured. Could you check the users (TOC > Administration > Users) to make sure they all have an email address?

        If you run into older forum posts like this (more than a year old) in the future that don't answer your question, I'd recommend making an entirely forum post instead of responding with a comment to the older post. It will increase the visibility of your question to everyone in the community.

    Hi, On my machine windows 10 is installed, so I can't found server manager on it. I change the port number and smtp server still got the same error that, cannot get iis pickup directory.

    Hi Maddy, It sounds like you need to make sure SSL is enabled on your server and that you have configured authentication credentials for the SMTP server in IIS. As Zahar mentioned, this is an issue with Gmail, not Aras.

    Hi Zahar, Thanks for your reply, But now I got SSL Error: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. x5sm16119000pfi.94 - gsmtp   what should I do?

    Also when I do changes in InnovatorConfig.xml as : <Mail SMTPServer=”smtp.gmail.com” /> then get this error: A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network [mac address]:25
