Aras Update Failed to get packages.

Question

Hi,

When running Aras Update we get the message "Failed to get packages. Error: The remote server returned an unexpected response. (400) Bad Request."

We are not using a proxy of any kind. Is it working for other users?

Hi smtp_fan,

That error is probably the result of some brief maintenance our IT department just ran on Aras services. If you try again do you get the same error?

Actually, I am able to confirm the error you are seeing. I have notified our IT team and will follow up when the issue is resolved.

Our IT team has resolved the issue with the Aras Update service. You should be able to access the online packages again.
