WorkFlow Question on vote

Hi My Workflow have 3 state like this 1st--> 2st-->3st  in the 2st have server event in "on vote".  and this state can vote 3 person but i want when 2st  have one person reject can back to 1st .   how can i write the code or setting when one person reject can back 1st.

    Try using the override checkbox on a path going from 2nd to 1st. (more info on help -> just ask innovator, look for Innovator Administration -> workflows ) If the people able to reject are different from the ones able to validate, maybe you need a parallel activity.
