Does anyone see performance issues in Chrome

Hi community,

since yesterday Innovator 12 seems to be slow when using Chrome. As soon as I start Innovator, it uses 100% RAM and the app freezes for a short time on a regular basis.

Chrome Version 155.0.8059.40 

When using future Canary Chrome 157, everything is fine. Same for Edge and Firefox. I got the behavior for 12SP7 and 12SP9. Not for 12SP10 and newer versions like I14+.

Can somebody replicate this one?

    Solved! The behavior was caused by a browser extension.

    I have similar but on edge browser ,  each click of buttons, takes time. claim unclaim takes 2 minutes.

      Hi,

      here some random questions, but they all make sense I promise:

       

      1. Which Innovator version do you use?
      2. Does task manager show high usage of RAM and CPU?

      3. Is your system slow for every ItemType or just for specific ones? E.g. everything is slow when using "Parts", but works normal when using "Manufacturers". 

      4. You say each button click is slow - when you open the search grid, does it need a significant amount of time to display data?

      5. Are other users affected too? 

      6. Does it suddenly "work as normal" again when most people went home? 

      7. Do you display thumbnails as columns in the grid?

      8´. Do you use MPP or TechDocs with images?
