Hello,
Could you please clarify when you are receiving this error? Without knowing the root cause, it will be difficult to help resolve this issue. That being said, I believe this error is the result of evaluating XML that has some node whose name starts with a 5 like the example below.
<Item type="Part" action="get">
<5prop>test</5prop>
</Item>
