Web Service API Call from Aras.

Hi,

I am working for Web Service API Call  in ARAS by following some ARAS Programmer Guide and I tried to work below URL but still not succeeded .  It seems like somewhere it require to enable .

What is my expectation, once i access this url then i will got all parts Item list.  Is i am doing something wrong or missing some steps.

Can anybody guide please its urgent
