Vault user vadmin password expired?

Have you guys tried this on an empty database (that what I described in the last post)?
Can you confirm that this is a bug?
We've now had it happen in another Aras implementation as well where we use the Office Connector, don't know all the exact details but it was impossible to search for Documents until the
pwd_is_set_on field was set on vadmin
