Vault user vadmin password expired?
So we ran into an issue with our Vault server and the tp_Image item type
All of the sudden SVG images were not display correctly, better yet not displayed at all.

2: that is a bit harder to answer.
For me, locally, I've installed aras on October 3rd, 2017. But our database is much older since when we create a new release of what we've developed, we apply the AML for that release to the database and create a new backup which we use for development. So, the database backup we use is the one from SP8 or SP9 (the one that had such changes that you had to send the DB backup to Aras to help with the upgrade), since we reapplied all our AML changes from scratch to that one.
I think that database has been used since July/August 2017
