Vault user vadmin password expired?
So we ran into an issue with our Vault server and the tp_Image item type

To answer your last question, the 'admin' and 'root' users are coded to have special permissions so it would not surprise me if they were authenticated differently than regular users. I don't believe this is due to any issue with your Vault Server configuration.
In regards to the vadmin password expiring, this isn't an issue I've ever seen before. Could you provide some more information about your system to give a better idea of what could be causing this?
- What version of Aras Innovator are you using?
- How long has it been since you installed Aras Innovator or the Vault Server?
