Update Revision Part
I have item Part, with revision is "A" and state "Released"
Now, i want update revision increment "B", but appear error "You have insufficient permissions to perform 'update' operation"

The major_rev will be incremented automatically each time a Part is moved from the Releasted state to the Preliminary state again. You typically won't set this property manually at all.
You can create a new revision a couple of different ways.
- Use a Change Management process like an ECO to create a new revision of the Part
- If you are the Owner of the Part, you can run the 'Create New Revision' action to automatically increment the major_rev and move the Part to the Preliminary state
