How does it currently work about this kind of thing?
Is the information available about the migration that is needed? Are there tools available to migrate the database between major version? Is it only available with a subscription?

If you have any additional questions about the migration process, you can contact [email protected]. I'm unfamiliar with the exact process, but I do know that our upgrade team uses an iterative process with a lot of communication with the customer to make sure that no functionality or data is lost during the upgrade. Access to our upgrade team is a subscriber only benefit.
