Not able to view the all columns in the grid view of the Relationship tab of files, when we upload the files to the item.

I Have created Custom ItemType like Ref Doc and added the existing File Relationship to it. I am able to upload the files but not to view the filename column in the grid view of the Relationship tab....

I had the same problem in the past.  I figured out that the related_id was hidden, like AngelaIp stated.  Another thing is to make the Sort Order 0 for the related_id so it will move to the front of the row.
