Lifecycle promote Lock error
I have a problem with promoting a lifecycle
When I try to promote the lifecycle from Workflow from start to the next step I get the item locked error.
The workflow is defined as default .

Thanks for replying to my questions.
i have one more doubt.
How to configure the "can refuse" in an activity. If in an activity two paths are there 1) Approved 2) Rejected.
"Approved" i configured as a "On Close". this is working fine.
But "rejected" how can i configure as a "On refuse". i tried it. i am unable to workout.
Kindly do the needful.
