Item Type on Life Cycle email notification

Hello Experts, is there a way to get Item Type label to email message variable on life cycle states? Similar to workflow email message where I managed to get correct Item Type label using this: <Item type="ItemType" id="${Item/@typeId}" action="get" select="label"/> I need this information to generate url link to item type and I am using same life cycle map for multiple Item types.
