Hi, you can assign InvokeMethodOnConvert to OnConvert and then insert the method name to be run and other data in the user_data field on the ConversionTaskEventHandler.
A drawback is that it cant handle errors, the task gets stuck in the in progress state and requires the agent to time it out and discard it by itself. For success you also must manually change the state to Succeeded in the ConversionTaskEventHandler.
That's interesting, I hadn't come across that. Is it documented anywhere? It's unfortunate that it doesn't handle errors; in my case I definitely needed clean handling, so couldn't have used it, but it could be handy for future needs.

If you need clean handling, then it actually works fine. Instead of returning the error item the error is written into the conversion task, its state set to Failed/Discarded and 'this' returned. This means that diligent error checking is necessary so the method doesnt throw (isError, isCollection, no throw, is not null etc.)
