Image Browser Problem

Good day all.  I am still on v11 SP10.  I have a couple of things to ask about the Image Browser.  

1. Images Not Displaying in Browser

I'm not sure what happened, but images are not being displayed in the Image Browser anymore.  This has been happening for about two weeks.  The Name, Type, and SIze are show in a grid view.  I don't know which ItemType to look at to start troubleshooting the problem.

2. Adding Customer Images

I have added SVG files the Aras\Innovator\Innovator\Client\customer folder, but they are not showing up in the Image Browser.  Is there something else that I need to do so Aras will see the images?

    Have you reset your browser cache? Does the browser debugger indicate something (e.g. 404 error).

    I remember I had to change a corrupted link in a codetree files many years ago from "Clients" to "Client", but not sure which one...

    Hi Nathan,

    this one is a known and common issue in Innovator 11. It should be a bug in codetree file ..\Client\scripts\ImageBrowser\imageTreeViewer.aspx

    Your file should equal the left file shown in this image. Right side shows patched version:

      Angelalp,

      Thank you for the suggestion, but my file has the updates made to it.  Any other ideas?

        Does it work when your add your images to a "images" subfolder -> Innovator\Client\customer\images ?

        The customer folder is not directly linked into the imageTreeViewer.

    Hi community, 

    I noticed that the latest Innovator (R35-38) versions still shows the described behavior regarding the "customer" folder and custom images. Custom images and folders in the customer folder simply won´t show up in the image browser.

    My patched I12 doesn´t show this behavior. Problem: This is literally the only patch that wasn´t documented back then. I really don´t see any difference in the codetree files. 

    Does anyone know the current recommendations regarding the "customer" folder? In another Innovator version I noticed, that "gif" seems to be supported, but not "png" and custom folders.
