How to set up Visual Studio for creating Aras DLL ? how to configure the Development set up...?

I don´t think there is any template for this.
Simply create your VS project and ensure that
- your dll´s are copied into the Aras installation ([installation dir]\Innovator\Server\bin)
- your dll´s are listed as <ReferencedAssemblies> in [installation dir]\Innovator\Server\method-config.xml
