I have 3 Item A,B,C and create poly add source A,B,C.
Is any way to limit A relationship poly source drop down just search B,C on the search dialog window

Would it be possible change the business logic here rather than the functionality of the search dialog? You could create a new PolyItem with just B and C as it's sources and use that as the related item of your relationship off of A.
Additionally, it seems that the source_id of your relationship to B should just point to the A ItemType rather than to your PolyItem.
