Thanks, Chris. I was able to resolve this yesterday. The issue, as I think you pointed out above, is that I was adding my file filter to the custom item type. I needed to add it to the type I was pulling back (Document). As soon as I added the ID of the .tif/.tiff the file(s) appeared as expected.
Not sure if there is a way for me to "close" this post but my issue is resolved. Thanks again!
