I love the question! One idea: Is it common in your country that people have additional first names? Maybe you could add these?

We don't always have additional First Name, and if we do, we never use then other than on Passport and ID Card or tax paper.
I think that's a good approach, but instead of using additional First Name I would just create a trigram directly in First or Last Name:
I'm myself often referred as MCO, and we still use such trigram internally from Minerva time before we merged with Aras.John (JSM) Smith
