How can I use different Forms for old and new Items of same ItemType?

Hi Martin, that´s a good idea! I already hide some buttons according to Item states. In the case above, I selected the "classification" way, as really large parts of the Form has changed and I didn´t want to redraw the Form. But I think for minor customizations, using created_on is a very convenient solution. Thanks for your input!
