Filled up drop down pro-grammatically by server method

Hey, I am writing method to add values to dropdown through program using c sharp .how can i achieve that?

    You can't. In Aras .NET used for server side only. If you need to manipulate client side you need to use Javascript

    yes i want to write it using .NET only.
