Error to Save item For particular User

Question

hi,

i added one onAfterAdd server event on item type&nbsp; Part

i have two user A and B

i add this user to can Add and permission tab of Itemtype-Part and give same permission to user A and B

but when i login to aras using user b

i am able to create new part but not able to save it , it does not give any error but not save Part&nbsp; itemtype

but when i login through user A , i am able to save Part itemtype

it does not give error, so what is the observed behavior? Disabled save button? try again after cleaning client cache?

It just showing progress bar at bottom of item type and finish but item is not save

And not generate sequence no as give sequence data type to one property of that item

hi i debug my code using visual studio and i found error

An exception of type 'Aras.Server.Core.InnovatorServerException' occurred in InnovatorCore.dll but was not handled in user code

how to solve this error
