Hello,
There's no out-of-the-box dialog to handle these kinds of updates to the user though the permissions on the User ItemType are configured to allow each User to edit their own information.
The most straightforward way to handle this would be to create a custom form with the fields you want to update and then use an action to open a custom dialog with that form.
