Disable Edit button

Hi Team, How can I disable Edit button in toolbar once document state reaches to Released? Is it possible to control it using permissions or do we need to write any custom method - OnFormPopulat...

We can write custom method to achieve it or we can use state permissions. Also we can use Not lockable property as well

    Hi Sunil,

    I have tried both options, making Released state as Not Lockable and also added State permission for Released state in lifecycle. But none of them are making my Edit button disabled.. it needs to be grayed out as soon as document reaches Released state.

    For state permission, we need to disable update access right? I have done it but seems to be not working.

    Any other way to achieve this?
