Can now confirm, failure is coming from a change of revision sequence and is also likely from a copy paste issue.
Wanted to run out revisions from 1 to 99. Generated the number sequence in Excel and copy pasted into the sequence input.
Looking at the text in the input box, it would appear that it was tab delimitation coming from excel and holding those tabs in the form for revisions.
It seems that I was changing back and forth between revision formats and not realizing it when the bug dropped.
