Aras Innovator Version 12.0 Unable to login from chrome &IE browser but able to login from firefox browser.

Hello,

I'm Using Aras Version 12.0 Build: 13341. 

I'm able to login by using Firefox browser. But if i'm trying to login from either IE or Chrome it is not showing any error message but again login page is opening. I have checked in Network it is showing 302 status code.

    Seems like Innovator redirects you to the login page. Do you use some custom redirection? Is this a new Innovator installation? Are the redirects in the config file correct?

      Hello angela ,

      Yes it's OOTB environment, I have checked config file & it's correct (compare with other versions).

        Do you have other instances in parallel? Did you try to access Innovator in an in-private window?
