UI doesn't load for one user - anyone had a similar problem?

No, it isn't that. The login token wouldn't be stored in incognito mode. And I do get logged in, I have a very partial UI, e.g. the user button in the upper right corner, which works as expected.

    It´s not about the token, but the wrong link that people use. And reset the users preferences inside Innovator.

      Resetting user preferences was the first thing I tried, it doesn't seem to do anything. I've tried to delete every kind of cache I can think of.
