    Hi LIU, you'll usually see a 500.19 error when your server is missing one of these prerequisites:

    • Microsoft .NET 4.7.2
    • Microsoft ASP.NET Core /.NET: Runtime and Hosting Bundle 8.0.1
    • Microsoft Visual C++ 2015, 2017, 2019 Redistributable

    The prerequisites vary between Aras Innovator releases, so I recommend checking the Platform Specifications for your specific release. You'll also want to restart your server after uninstalling/installing any prereqs.

    The prereqs I listed above are for R35. If you have any trouble finding the requirements for your Innovator version, let me know, and I can help find the info.

    How to solve this?

    HTTP Error 500.19 Internal Server Error
