Hello, Prasanth,

You can achieve what you want by creating a Relationship Type with the name of the tab you want to have, attach it to your ItemType and attach the form you want to visualize in the Relationship View tab in the Relationship Type:

Thank you so much! Now I understand! I saw a similar comment on a different thread, which was essentially the same question, I was still trying to figure out where to add the form, you just pointed me to the right place!
