Has this issue been resolved? Today, I encountered the same error on my local machine. If it has been resolved, how did you fix the issue?

If we don´t hear from Alex, this old topics sounds similar:

In the other post the framework license server was temporarily down for a very short time which lead to the popup when admins logged in (regular users weren´t affected). I assume there is a similar service running for the feature licenses. It should resolve itself soon. If it´s really a server issue, you will not be the only one affected.

Of course somebody should tell Aras support.....

    Thank you for your quick response. If I try to activate the same key on another server, it works, but it is not working on a specific server.
