Error while using Express ECO - No team found for the selected part grouping

While using Express ECO to make mass update to various parts, I am getting the error as shown in the attached image

What can be the reason for the error and how to resolve it ?

    Probably , If your ECO has Part and Documents as affected items in the matrix, ECO will launch EDR as a subflow, EDR demands Team mapping You should configure team for grouping in the  Document Item
