Disable value in list
Hi everyone
Quite often we need to disable a value in a list, but previously created items with the value is still valid. Does anyone have a suggestion to a solution?

Hi Henrik (glad to have you back on the forum !)
Even though I'm not a big fan of this, I would simply add a client method on the form which adds the actual value to the dropdown list (only if it is not in the dropdown). I'm pretty sure this will work as list are not constraining in Aras (via AML you could set any value).
Warning : we have a project of allowing edits in the main grid for a user-experience closer to Excel, you might get the same issue when this will be available.
