Can not edit Part when it has state \"Released\"

Hi Vivian, When creating a Life Cycle for an ItemType, you can assign specific permissions for each state the Item can be in. The default permissions for a Released Part do not allow users to manually edit them. You can change this either by directly editing the Released Part permission or by assigning a different Permission to the released state of the Part's Life Cycle Map. Chris
