When and How to Use of Item Action & In Action Item type is URL?

Hi Suhas,
The URL action type is likely a remnant from an older version of Innovator and was kept in for legacy purposes. In recent versions, it doesn't have any specific functionality like the other types of Actions do, so you can ignore it.
