virtualGetForm random error

Hi Team,

One of my users is getting an occasional error on viewing the form of a document. It is completely random, sometimes pressing form refresh helps, but sometimes even that doesn't work.

The error in the console says:

Failed to load resouce: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)     virtualGetForm:1

Any ideas?

Kind Regards

Hi Angela, thanks as usual for your response, I appreciate it!

But no, cache clearing did not help. I have asked him to use Edge, if there is no errors then I will re-install Chrome.

Still smells like cache :). Does you colleague use an Aras link with the expression "X-salt" in the URL?

I can think of a few troubleshooting steps I'd take in your scenario - first of all, are you the only user affected by this issue or is this happening to anyone else in your organisation? Donkey kong
