User Notification not working

hiii

i create one user notification for user RT

when i login with user RT , no any notification message comes

i follow all step given in help file of aras for User Notification

but notification message for particulate user is not comes

Were you able to get user notifications working?

If not, will you please provide more details about what information you entered into the form&nbsp;fields? A screenshot of the form would be great.
