Do you use existing ECN? You said you have extended Affected items. Do you have extended the ChangeControlledItem PolySource with a new ItemType?

Do you basically the same than shown here? https://community.aras.com/f/development/36498/change-controlled-item---type

If yes, ask Nathan how he did it. :D
