Disable to create some item
Hi team
We've started verification of ARAS innovator Ver12.0 build 13341 and add ARAS packages from ARAS update.
But We cannot create some item due to the gray out.
Would you please good idea ...

You need to have Can Add access to be able to create any ARAS Item. Can you check if you belong to Identity that has Cad Add access? You can refer below screenshot for checking CanAdd access on an item
