Aggregated resources usage in Program Management

There is a ProjectTimeReport out of the box included in the program management. However this only works for one project. Are there any reports that aggregates the resources from all active projects?...

If writing a new method. Any suggestion how to approach. It seems a bit time consuming to iterate through all active projects to look for activities which has certain users.

Is it possible to go through the identities and look into which activitiy2 they are connected to. And thereby aggregating all information idendtity by identity?
