CUI Workflow Vote Button

This project adds a "Workflow Vote" CUI button to the Aras item window toolbar. The button allows users to select a Workflow Task assigned to their InBasket and submit a vote without leaving the item form.

The user can vote on their workflow task without leaving the item view.
