11.0 SP9 Install issues Windows Server 2012
Getting the following error after configuring the install, putting in license etc.

Wanted to give this one more shake but still get stuck with this 1720 error.
I tried installing under a localadmin account, tried running a command prompt as administrator and calling the .msi from the C:
Nothing seems to clear the error (which happens right at the end of the install). I am running a purchased standalone license of Windows server 2012.
There are other posts about this on the forum that end without a mentioned resolution. Any other thought besides administrator privileges?
