[Urgent help] insufficient permission when take a vote in gaction item.

Hi Expert, 

When our user try to take a vote  with 'Back to Open' option in 'gAction Item' ItemType, ARAS show error message that you have insufficient permission to perform 'update' operation. 

However, this user have the permission of 'Get' and 'Update' in 'Open' and 'In Review' state of gAction Item lifecycle. 

I don't know the root cause of it. 

Would you please help this issue?

    Thank you so much for your reply.

    Yes, you are right.

    I find there is one method which is triggered on Activate.

    Once I turn it off, I could finish voting.

    Hi Joseph

    Is there any other method triggered on the activity in gAction or in back to open path. I suspect when user try to vote back, it is trying to update someother item type also.
