Aras Builders! Share Your Expertise at the ACE 2026 Tech Summit
Aras builders! ACE 2026 is right around the corner, and I could not be more excited to host the first Tech Summit in sunny Miami. 😎 We're putting together a program packed with technical discussions and product highlights, and we need your help with the best part – community demos!
Peer-to-peer knowledge sharing among Aras developers and low-code builders is the cornerstone of every Tech Summit event. Last year, participants shared over 40 community demos across 6 events on topics ranging from using AI to supercharge Aras development, to building an MES solution through iterative user feedback, to extending Aras variant management for real-world use cases.
This year, we invite you to propose a presentation topic.
Event details
- Tech Summit: April 13, 2026
- ACE 2026: April 13-16, 2026

Whether you're interested in presenting or just attending, don't forget to add the Tech Summit to your ACE 2026 registration. Participation is free for ACE attendees, but space is limited for this session, and seats are filling up!
We're looking for speakers
Tech Summits are all about Aras community members learning from each other. If you've solved a problem, built something you're proud of, or learned something the hard way while working with Aras Innovator®, we'd love to hear about it.
You don't need to be a professional speaker or have a polished, Steve Jobs-worthy presentation. You just need a practical story to share.
We're especially interested in sessions that are:
- Practical and experience-based - Real projects, real lessons, real trade-offs
- Technical but accessible - Clear about what you built and why it matters
- Community-focused - Educational and informative, not sales pitches
What kind of topics work?
Session ideas might include (but aren't limited to):
- Technical walkthroughs of a feature or use case you've implemented
- Live demos of tools or workflows you use to build Aras projects
- Tips, patterns, or gotchas you wish you'd known earlier
- Integrations with other platforms, APIs, or services
- Experimental or "work in progress" ideas with lessons learned
If you're not sure whether your idea fits, that's okay. Submit it anyway! We're happy to help refine strong ideas.
Two ways to share
This year, we're offering two options for sharing community knowledge at the Tech Summit – traditional 15-minute demos and 5-minute "lightning talks." Our hope is that the new 5-minute format will help us include more voices and offer a lower-commitment opportunity for folks who might otherwise be too busy or nervous to volunteer.
Lightning Talk (5 minutes)
No slides, no Q&A. Good for sharing quick tips, techniques, tools, small prototypes, or features. Think "here's a thing I figured out that might save you some time."
Live Demo (15 minutes)
Two slides max, includes 3-5 minutes for questions. Good for demonstrating a use case and how you implemented it, or walking through how to build something.
How to submit
Interested in proposing a presentation? Send me an email at [email protected] with:
- A title for your session
- A short description (150-300 words)
- Whether you're proposing a lightning talk or live demo
- Your name, role, and organization
You don't need slides or a finished demo at this stage. We'll work with accepted speakers on timing and technical readiness after selection.
Have more than one idea? Share them all, and we’ll help you pick the best fit!
Who should submit
Do you have hands-on experience with Aras Innovator? Do you configure solutions, develop applications, or integrate with the Aras ecosystem? Do you write code, use low-code tools, or build PLM solutions with AI? We want to hear from you!
You don't need to be an expert or a frequent speaker to share your knowledge with others. We strongly encourage submissions from first-time speakers, community contributors, customers, partners, and anyone with a practical story to share.
If you're unsure whether your idea is "good enough," submit it anyway! Some of the best talks come from people who think their work is "just something we built" - but that's exactly what attendees want to hear about.
Selection process
Submissions are reviewed by a small committee that considers relevance, clarity, practical value, and fit with the session format. We aim to build a diverse agenda across topics, experience levels, and perspectives.
We'll select presenters on a rolling basis until slots are filled or the deadline passes. We may reach out for a brief follow-up call to discuss your topic before final selection.
Questions?
If you have an idea but want feedback before submitting, or you're not sure how to shape your proposal, reach out. I'm happy to help.
We're excited to see what you're building, learning, and experimenting with - and we hope you'll consider sharing it with the community.
