1. Keep It Relevant
- Keep discussions relevant to the Aras Community purpose: sharing knowledge and best practices related to the use of Aras products and services
- Avoid spamming, self-promotion or off-topic content
- Be supportive and helpful to fellow Aras Community members, especially new users.
- Use appropriate channels for support, feedback and feature requests – the Aras Community is not the channel for those requests
2. Be Respectful
- Keep communications and interaction courteous.
- Respect differing viewpoints and engage in constructive, positive conversations.
- Avoid language or behavior that excludes or marginalizes others
- Do not use personal attacks, harassment or discriminatory language
- Refrain from posting disparaging, defamatory, or misleading comments about Aras products, services, or personnel.
3. Protect Privacy and Security
- Do not share personal information (yours or others) without consent.
- Report any suspicious activity or security concerns promptly to Aras
4. Follow the Law and Platform Rules
- Do not post content that violates laws or the platform terms of use
- Respect confidentiality and intellectual property
- Use the software and community tools ethically and responsibly
- Do not post promotional content for third-party products or services, off-topic posts, promotional posts, or disparaging comments regarding Aras products, services or those of others
5. Moderation and Enforcement
To maintain a respectful, constructive, and legally compliant community, Aras Corporation reserves the right to moderate user content and interactions. The following principles guide our moderation practices:
A. Moderation Scope
Moderation actions may include:

- Editing or removing posts that violate community guidelines
- Disabling replies or limiting visibility of certain content
- Issuing warnings or temporary suspensions
- Permanently banning users for repeated or severe violation
B. Grounds for Moderation
Content may be moderated if it violates the community standards or Website Terms of Use, including:

- Contains promotional material for third-party or competing products not relevant to the discussion
- Includes disparaging, defamatory, or misleading statements about Aras Corporation, its products, services or personnel
- Violates applicable laws or regulations (e.g., hate speech, harassment, illegal content)
- Is off-topic, disruptive, or intended to provoke conflict
- Breaches intellectual property rights or privacy standards.
C. Transparency and Notification
When moderation actions are taken:

- Users will be notified of the moderation action and the reason for the action
- The notified user will be provided with a means to contest or appeal the decision
- Moderation decisions will be documented internally for accountability

6. Updates
Aras may update this Code of Conduct at its sole discretion by making available the updated version online. Your continued use of the Aras Community constitutes your acceptance of such updates.
